Maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child can stay in 1 cabana, if the children are small and are fine to share a bed, maybe 2. With more or bigger children or teenagers, we recommend that you rent both cabanas. Please contact us in advance to check the possible arrangements.
Breakfast is 5USD/person. You can let us know on arrival or the evening before that you would like to have breakfast and choose from our menu, there is no need to book it in advance.
Please let us know your special needs and wishes (e.g. your diet or late arrival time or you need us to arrange transport for you) by e-mail. We will inform you about the opportunities here and find solutions together with you.
- In the case of booking 1-3 nights, we do not require a pre-payment. If you cancel 3 or more days before the check-in date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 3 days before the check-in date or do not show up, you pay 50% of the price of your booking, by bank transfer.
- In the case of booking 5 or more nights, we require a 50% deposit of the full amount of the booking, by bank transfer, transaction costs paid by the customer. We encourage you to use low-cost transfer services. We contact you after you book to provide instructions. The remaining 50% is to be paid by cash or completed and transaction-proved bank transfer at the end of your stay. If you cancel, the cancellation fee is 50%, meaning the deposit stays with us as a cancellation fee.
- Breakfast, meals, and add-ons are to be paid in cash or completed and transaction-proved bank transfer on check-out.
- Cash payment is done in LKR (Srí Lankan Rupees). Restaurant and add-on prices are given in rupees. USD is exchanged at the daily exchange rate given by Google. We accept USD and EUR notes on the condition that the remaining change is given in LKR.
- In case of bank transfer the customer carries the transaction costs. To get fair rates and significantly lower transfer costs we encourage you to use Transferwise.
